Job purpose
Junction 4 Pallets are currently recruiting for the position of Production Operatives. This is a Temp to Perm position for reliable and hard working candidates. We are looking for people who have strength to handle heavy and awkward timber pallets with experience of timber industry. We are looking for people who like challenges and heavy physical work. People who want to make good money for simple but monotonous work.

Duties and responsibilities
Junction 4 Pallets looking for able people who after period of training can be:
• Sorting pallets out – Quality checking
• Repairing pallets – Operating machinery
• Making pallets – Working on production line

Qualifications and Personal characteristics
Qualifications and experiences are not required. The first training will be provided.
Personal characteristics:
• Team workers
• Honest and hardworking
• Recognizes the rules of the workplace
• Fit and healthy and not have any serious medical conditions
• Speaking in English is not necessary

Working conditions and details
• £8/HR + bonus £50/per week
• Working outdoors – Sawmill environment
• Shift work :
Monday – Friday 6.30 am – 4.30 pm
Saturday 6.30 am – 1.00 pm
• Immediate start
• Location: Doncaster, Armthorpe

Physical requirements
We are looking for people who have strength to handle heavy and awkward timber pallets.
Person needs to be able required to stand for extended periods of time outside, lift heavy objects on a regular basis, do repetitive tasks.
